El Artista

Alexander Barrios, Venezolano, productor de tv, fotógrafo documentalista y cineasta. Actualmente vive en, NYC.

 

En lo personal; La fotografía es un viaje literario.  Es una Aventura que me sumerge dentro de la realidad exterior; para expresar ideas, formas, figuras , texturas, lugares y espacios.  Es un ensayo  en mi mente para construir cuadros cinematográficos. 

 

Lo que más me gusta de una composición es su simplicidad, tanto en color y forma, estos no llegan a ser evidentes para mí hasta que consigo el encuadre perfecto; es allí donde comienza un juego romántico al momento de buscar el frame que encaje con la perspectiva, la luz y la composición en general. Todo dependiendo de la inspiración del momento.

Personally, photography is a literary journey.    It’s an   adventure.  It immerses me deep within the external reality to express:  ideas, forms, shapes, textures, places and spaces.   It is a mental test to create cinematic portraits.

                                                                                                       

What I like most about a composition, is, its simplicity in color and form.    They’re not evident to me until I get the perfect frame.   There the romantic game begins; from the moment of looking for a frame that fits with perspective, light and general composition.  It all depends on the moment’s inspiration.
